Google updated PR – good news for all. Many would have expected this – Google done it in unexpected time. Google does this time as like last year – updated its PR on December 31. Last year also, it did update on December 31. Here is Matt Cutt’s confirmation on PR update for last year.
This is fourth time in this year ’09 – but this time it takes short interval when compared to last update.

This reveals that Google really wants to start a new year with one update. Well, that always a good news for any Webmaster. Google expected to release its Google Caffeine after holidays. But in PR updating issue, it seems that Google likes to keep this as a habit – ends an year with PR update. It did in last year, does on this year; hope for that in next year.
Its a Google style of telling welcoming fresh year – of course by an update.
