Filing a Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Compliant in Google

Identifying the Duplicate URLs: The first step in the process is to identify websites that have duplicated your content and you have various online tools to identify the same.     I swear, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that I am the copyright owner or am authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed. “

  6. Sign the document
  7. Send the details to,Google, Inc.
